1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Choose a display name that is offensive, misleading, infringing, impersonates another person, or contains someone else's personal information.
• Cheat, tamper with, automate, or otherwise manipulate scores or the global leaderboard.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or the services that support it.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove leaderboard entries and restrict or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for conduct that violates these Terms.

3. The Leaderboard and Display Names

You are responsible for the display name you choose. By submitting a score, you understand that your display name and score will be publicly visible to other players, and you grant us the right to display them on the leaderboard. We may remove any display name or score that we believe violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The App — including its design, code, graphics, and the "SlapBlock" name — is owned by Clickbait Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the leaderboard will always be available.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickbait Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or the leaderboard at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the state in which Clickbait Labs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
